Here's what you will need.
Ingredients:
1 bag of baby carrots or equal amount of sliced carrots
3 tablespoons of olive oil ( I use extra virgin)
4 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Wash carrots and pat them dry.
Set oven to 400 degrees.
Take 2 tablespoons of olive oil and lightly coat the carrots.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. (not too much to lose the taste!)
Place carrots in oven and let cook for 20 minutes.
Take carrots out and add the honey and the balsamic vinaigrette.
Mix well.
Put back in the oven for 5-10 minutes longer.
Take out and enjoy.
The carrots will till have a little crunch to them. I personally love it that way. It means there is still nutrients in them!
