Repurpose A Garbage Can!!
I am amazed I have never thought of this before. Sometimes an old metal garbage can looks dated, unhygienic or just plain ugly! Certainly nothing you would want in your home as a self-respecting adult right? Wrong! A good cleaning, some spray paint and you have a new side table for your home! Krylon has a lot of great new colours that makes spray painting that much more exciting!
Healthy Food Choices That Make All The Difference!
Unannounced Absence!
Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to apologize for my last two week hiatus! I was traveling for a short summer trip and then came down with the flu directly after! At least waited until I was back home to attack. I should be back to posting normally as of today. Hope you are all enjoying your summer!

Organic Food Baskets And Community Supported Agriculture! - Montreal Quebec Area
I am having a very hard time going green. I love meat and I don't want to give it up. I am however disgusted at the state of the meat industry and agriculture in general. Last night I stumbled upon the most amazing programs here in Quebec. I found tons of local farms that are proud to not only provide organic fruits, vegetables, meats, pastries and pantry necessities (flours, honey, jam, juice etc.) but they also deliver it!! Each farm has different drop off locations and boroughs. For my neighbourhood the drop off spot is closer to my house than the grocery store. I am beyond excited for Tuesday when my basket that I customized is ready for me to pick up. I cannot push this idea enough. I mean it is fresher, healthier, organic, closer and cheaper than any other option... why would you choose any other way? I am enclosing a list of all the different farms that offer this service in Greater Montreal Quebec. I am also enclosing the best variety farm I found that offers this service all year round! Lufa farms.
